The day blends scenic cruising, site visits, and relaxed dining — creating a thoughtful balance between logistics and inspiration, set against the breathtaking backdrop of British Columbia’s coastline.

Itinerary
9:00 AM – Depart from Coal Harbour Marina
11:30 AM – Arrive at Poets Cove Resort & Spa for a guided venue tour and Q&A
12:30 PM – Depart for Fulford Harbour
1:00 PM – Enjoy a waterfront lunch at Rock Salt Restaurant & Cafe, known for its laid-back local vibe
2:30 PM – Set course for Lightwater Cove for a private walkthrough of the property grounds
3:30 PM – Head toward Ganges Harbour
4:00 PM – Arrive in Ganges and transfer to the seaplane terminal
4:40 PM – Board Harbour Air seaplane for return to downtown Vancouver
5:15 PM – Arrive in Vancouver and conclude the trip

2. Please pre-book your return flight from Ganges Harbour to Vancouver (Harbour Air)
3. This is a casual, site-focused trip — comfortable clothing and deck shoes are recommended

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will not be charged beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full — the client will be responsible for 100% of the total event cost.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur administrative or service fees.

In the event of severe weather, Yahull will work closely with the client to adjust the itinerary or reschedule the event, subject to availability.
