Payment Schedule

A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to secure your booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will not be charged beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full, and the client will be responsible for 100% of the total event cost.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur administrative or service fees.

Weather Policy

Dockside events proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, Yahull will work closely with the client to adjust the event or reschedule, subject to availability.

Optional Services

Food, beverage, and event planning services are available upon request. Please contact us for curated options and recommendations.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement.
Final guest count and all special requests must be provided at least 30 days prior to the event.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the yacht or its property during the event.
