Description
The Great Bear Rainforest is one of the last truly wild places on Earth—an awe-inspiring region of towering old-growth trees, glacier-fed fjords, and extraordinary marine life.
Beneath the surface, nutrient-rich waters support legendary salmon runs, attracting halibut, lingcod, and rockfish. Crabs and spot prawns thrive in tidal estuaries, providing a taste of the authentic West Coast harvest.
Above the waves, the rainforest comes alive with unforgettable encounters. Pods of orcas patrol the coastline, humpback whales breach and tail-slap, dolphins leap joyfully in the wake, and salmon explode from the water during their migration.
This rare combination of world-class fishing, breathtaking landscapes, and wildlife spectacles makes the Great Bear Rainforest an unparalleled destination for both thrill-seekers and those seeking serenity.
