2:30 PM – Meet at Dock E, Coal Harbour Marina, and board YA37
2:45 PM – Safety briefing & welcome drinks onboard
3:00 PM – Departure for Alexandra Island
4:00 PM – Arrive at Alexandra Island for beach BBQ, music & celebration
6:30 PM – Re-board for sunset cruise back to Vancouver
8:00 PM – Return to Coal Harbour

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will not be charged beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full — the client will be responsible for 100% of the total event cost.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur administrative or service fees.
