Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will not be charged beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable in full — the client will be responsible for 100% of the total event cost.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur administrative or service fees.

In the event of severe weather, Yahull will work closely with the client to adjust the itinerary or reschedule the event, subject to availability.
We had the most unforgettable birthday celebration aboard the YA37 (Axopar 37 Brabus Line) with Yahull. From start to finish, everything was seamless, thoughtful, and beautifully curated.
We met at Dock E, Coal Harbour Marina around 2:30 PM and were greeted onboard with welcome drinks and a friendly safety briefing. The yacht itself was impressive — sleek, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The huge front deck was perfect for lounging in the sun, and the Bluetooth sound system kept the vibes high throughout the day.
We set sail at 3:00 PM and cruised towards Alexandra Island, with the skyline slowly fading behind us and the open water stretching ahead. The ride was smooth and scenic — perfect for relaxing and chatting with friends.
Arriving at Alexandra Island around 4:00 PM, the crew had everything set up for a beach BBQ and birthday celebration. The BBQ grill with propane, music, and the ocean breeze created such a joyful and laid-back vibe. It felt private and exclusive — just our group, the water, and the sunset.
At 6:30 PM, we boarded again for a sunset cruise back to Vancouver, and that golden-hour lighting was magical. The yacht glided effortlessly through the water as we sipped drinks and snapped some incredible photos.
We returned to Coal Harbour around 8:00 PM, smiling and a little sun-kissed, with memories we’ll definitely hold on to.
