Policy

Cancellation Policy If the client cancels the booking more than 7 calendar days prior to the day of the charter date, the client receives full refund the total booking price. If the Client cancels the booking within 5 calendar days of the charter date, Client shall forfeit the full amount unless said cancellation is due to extreme weather conditions (as defined by 1. local non-gusting winds in excess of 20 kmph). Notwithstanding the prior sentence, Client MUST contact the company at least 24 hours prior to Charter Date to not forfeit full amount. For other untimely cancellations, in Company’s sole and exclusive discretion may agree to allow Client to reschedule the trip within 90 days of charter date. Client hereby understands that time is of the essence and if on the charter date, the client has not arrived to the vessel within 90 minutes of the departure time, The captain and/or Company has the exclusive option to cancel the Charter and return to the vessel´s marina. In such an event the client shall forfeit all monies paid as if client canceled untimely. Additional terms Client agrees that he/she is fully responsible for the behavior and actions of his/her/its guests. Client agrees that no illegal activity (or contraband) of any kind is/are allowed to be performed and/or brought on to the vessel by Client or his guests. Client further acknowledges that any damages caused by Client and/or his/her/its guests to the vessel or otherwise, are the sole legal responsibility of Client and his/her/its guests and not that of the Company. Furthermore, Client agrees to indemnify Company to the fullest possible extent in the event a claim or legal proceeding is commenced against Company for any reason whatsoever, relating to Client’s guests. Drunk and disorderly will not be tolerated. The company has the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a manner that is not deemed safe to all guests and crew. All guest must follow the captains instructions. Failure to comply with crew orders will result in the cancellation of the charter and client will forfeit all monies paid.
